How It Works
Before you pay
Payments may be made for copayments, self-pay services, or an existing account balance. A payment does not schedule or confirm an appointment.
If you are unsure of the amount due, please contact the office before making a payment. Refunds and payment corrections are handled according to the practice's financial policy.
Stripe processes the payment information. Use the generic description "K. Johns Medical Account Payment." If a reference field is required, it is labeled "Patient account reference."
Please do not include medical information
Do not enter a diagnosis, reason for visit, treatment or medication name, Social Security number, medical-record number, insurance identification number, or any other clinical detail at checkout. Only the minimum information needed to match your payment should be provided.
Information collected at checkout
- Payer name
- Patient name, only when necessary to match the payment
- Email address for your receipt
- Generic account reference, if one was supplied by the practice
- Payment amount
