Where you must be located
Patients must be physically located in a state where the treating provider is appropriately licensed at the time of the visit. Your location is confirmed at the start of each appointment.
When an in-person visit is required
Some conditions require an in-person assessment, laboratory testing, vital signs, or referral. If that applies, your care team will help arrange an appropriate visit.
Availability varies
Availability varies by provider and service. Certain services, including supervised SPRAVATO treatment, are provided only in person in a certified healthcare setting.
